How the process works
- Create an account: receive your customer code and approved warehouse details.
- Shop online: use the exact name, address and customer-code format shown in your portal.
- Submit a pre-alert: add the courier, tracking number, description and value, and upload the purchase invoice when requested.
- Warehouse receipt: the package is identified, matched, checked and weighed.
- Shipment: eligible packages are assigned to the selected air or sea service.
- Arrival and customs: regulatory processing and final charges are completed.
- Payment: confirmed charges are paid and verified.
- Pickup or delivery: the package is released to the verified customer, active authorized representative or approved delivery recipient.
Address accuracy
Use the exact recipient name, warehouse address, customer code and air/sea designation shown in the Customer Portal. Incorrect information may delay identification and processing.
Invoices and declared value
Provide an accurate merchant invoice or receipt when requested. False, altered or incomplete information may result in a hold, refusal, return, additional lawful charges or regulatory action.
Weight and charges
Final freight may use actual weight, dimensional weight, billable weight, approved rounding and minimum charges. Website estimates are not final until the package is received and assessed.

- At U.S. Warehouse
- Package received at the overseas warehouse.
- Processing
- Package is being identified, assessed or prepared.
- On Hold
- Additional information, invoice, payment or compliance action is needed.
- In Transit
- Package has departed for Jamaica.
- Customs Processing
- Package or shipment is undergoing customs-related processing.
- Ready for Pickup
- Package is eligible for collection after required conditions are met.
- Out for Delivery
- Package has been assigned for delivery.
- Delivered / Collected
- Package has been released to the verified recipient.
