Pickup & Authorized Representative Policy

Adding a pickup person
Go to Customer Portal → Authorized Pickup. Enter the person’s full legal name and nine-digit TRN exactly as shown on their identification. The account holder is responsible for the accuracy of the authorization.
Collection requirements
The representative must present approved government-issued identification. Mile “I” Shipping will verify the active authorization, package eligibility, payment and any account or compliance hold before release.
Changing or revoking authorization
The customer may edit or revoke a pickup person before release. Removing a person after collection does not reverse a completed verified release.
Privacy
The full TRN is restricted to authorized verification staff. Ordinary portal displays, notices and receipts should show only a masked value. We may contact the account holder or refuse release where information does not match or fraud is suspected.
